The area of comprehensive maintenance is one of the main areas for Eiffage Energía, as it includes the development of maintenance activities in installations and buildings, energy audits and other specialised services in technical installations.
In this area, one of the agreements recently signed is with the Miguel Hernandez University and covers the campuses of Elche, Altea, Orihuela and Sant Joan D’Alacant, where all the buildings and installations on these campuses will have their maintenance service improved.
With a surface area of more than 200,000 m2, the space to be maintained is divided between administrative, residential and educational buildings and transit, garden, sports and research areas. Actions and improvements will be developed in regulatory, preventive, conductive, and modification maintenance of Civil works, Electrical Installations, Heating Systems, Plumbing and Sanitation, Water, Energy, Fire Protection, Communications, Street Lighting, etc.
In addition, as an added value, Eiffage Energía incorporates important collaboration of the maintenance service with the University in the management and optimisation of resources and energy, as well as the necessary and sufficient provision of technical means and support materials.
To carry out each one of these functions, we will have more than 40 skilled workers, team leaders, engineers, administrative staff… and all the human resources necessary for the effective implementation and development of the entire contract.
