Eiffage Energía is improving its position in the maintenance market of the building sector, for this reason it is creating a Services business unit, for national implementation, based on applying all the necessary tools to satisfy the needs of its clients adapting the new technologies to their own projects.

Eiffage Energía is currently responsible for the maintenance of a large number of shopping centres and large supermarkets, hotels, residential centres, banks, insurance offices, office buildings, hospitals, health centres and clinics, research centres and laboratories on a national level, both for private and public customers and is a major player in the Spanish market.

The Eiffage Energía Services unit is developing its activities with the aim of achieving the reliability, efficiency and profitability of assets and facilities, controlling the entire technical spectrum and offering its services through its different areas of operation.
