Great positioning for Eiffage Energía in maintenance

The Eiffage Energía’s areas of comprehensive and electro-medicine maintenance (electro-medical maintenance ) face 2018 with great positioning, being one of the major players at national level in this area. And, thanks to its national implementation, Eiffage Energía’s structure continues to grow in the hospital sector, in buildings, universities, airports, shopping centres, hotels, banks, etc. both in the public and private sectors.

This year, the areas of comprehensive and electro-medicine maintenance strengthen their structure operating with 5 very strong local offices (Levante/Balearic Islands, Catalonia, South/Extremadura and the Canary Islands, Community of Madrid and North with Castilla-La Mancha and Castilla y León), and in turn operating from Biomedical’s head office at the Technology Park in Paterna (Valencia).

Some of the new maintenance contracts that the company will develop this year are:

-Contract for preventive, technical-legal and corrective maintenance at the University of Alicante. It corresponds to the campus of San Vicente del Raspeig and its enlargement, to the area of the Science Park and the UA (University of Alicante) delegation in the city of Alicante, to which it will provide services of air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, water treatment, domestic waste transport…

-From 1st March, it will provide maintenance services for the installations of air conditioning, heating and hot water for the entire terminal area of Seville Airport. In addition, Eiffage Energía maintains Albacete Airport, Palma Airport and Tenerife North Airport. And also, it will carry out the maintenance of the TGSS (General Treasury of Social Security) building in Malaga and the centres under this Treasury for two years. This will include all the installations of air-conditioning, heating, electricity, PA systems, telecommunication networks, audiovisual, plumbing, sanitation, fixtures protection, fire, water treatment, lifting devices etc.

-Both Mapfre and the consultant CBRE have relied on Eiffage Energía to carry out the maintenance of the Mapfre Tower in Barcelona, the first skyscraper in Catalonia and one of the highest in Spain, from 1st February 2018.

In addition, along these lines, Eiffage Energía expects to meet these main objectives:

-Grow in a sustainable manner.
-Standardise all its services at national level, where it will be a recognisable service with distinctive character in any part of the country.
-Consolidate all integrated activities.
-Increase our presence in our areas of influence, both in the public and private sectors.
