Eiffage Energía will take care of the comprehensive maintenance of several buildings of the Majorca Health Service

Eiffage Energía has been the company awarded, in UTE (Temporary Union of Companies) with Imesapi, with the comprehensive maintenance service of the buildings under the Primary Health Care Management of Majorca, belonging to the Balearic Islands Health Service.

The buildings are mostly primary healthcare centres and points of continuous care, although they also include administrative buildings, including the headquarters of the Primary Care Management.

The centres are divided into four sectors, which include geographical areas, spread throughout the island of Majorca: Ponent, Tramuntana, Mitgjorn and Llevant.

In total, there are about 134 buildings totalling approximately 85,000 square metres.

Eiffage Energía’s comprehensive maintenance department, active since 1981, has maintained a constant evolution, expanding and improving its organisation and procedures, which has enabled it to achieve the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates.

In addition, Eiffage Energía has an incident reception Call Centre and a CMMS that ensures flexible management and a detailed record of all proceedings, which allows customers to follow in real real-time the status of their installations 24 hours/365 days per year.

Among the services offered by this department should be highlighted the comprehensive maintenance of low voltage electric installations, transformer stations, electric generators, UPS, structured wiring installations, air-conditioning, heating and plumbing, fire protection systems, maintenance of various trades: civil engineering, metal carpentry and locksmithing, wood carpentry, painting or glassware; and energy audits and other services such as cleaning, gardening and DDD (disinfection, insect removal and rat extermination) treatments.
