Top Talent. Last week, at our headquarters in Albacete, we held the closing ceremony of the high performance programme Top Talent. A total of eleven participants completed their training with a leadership course where, through a totally practical activity such as fencing, they were able to acquire key skills to implement in the growth of their teams.
After the presentation of their Top Talent badges, they had a cooking team building session, where they were able to share their culinary skills with some of our directors.
Values, culture and practical training
This programme has been developed over eleven sessions, in which the participants have deepened in the Values and Culture of Eiffage Energía, through the Master Class of the plant managers and their mentors.
In addition, they have received highly practical training in the skills necessary for the development of their teams: negotiation; finance; communication; team management; Design Thinking; conflict resolution; project management, etc.
We are already preparing the 2nd edition so that our teams can continue to grow with us!
