Together with Eiffage Infraestructuras we are going to perform the urban development of the Conference and Exhibition Centre for the Dos Hermanas Town Council (Seville).
The venue, located in the Aceitunero Industrial Estate, will have four pavilions and will become the first competitor of Fibes, Conference and Exhibition Centre, in Sevilla, both for its privileged location, next to the SE-40, and for its capacity.
The works range from earthworks to the installation of pipelines, sewerage and water supply networks, as well as electrical and telecommunications installations. It also includes the enclosure and the creation of green areas.
Synergies between Eiffage’s two subsidiaries in Spain
Specifically, the works awarded to Eiffage Energía are the medium and low voltage electrification of the development (including medium and low voltage underground networks and distribution centres); and the exterior public lighting.
Eiffage Infraestructuras will undertake various paving works; excavation and earthworks; drainage works; and foundation works.
Thus, the two Eiffage subsidiaries in Spain are once again combining synergies by working together on this major project for the Dos Hermanas Town Council. This is one of the largest budget projects undertaken by the Nazarene Town Hall and allows for the comprehensive development of the large plot of land on which the site is built.
