Ática 1. Eiffage Energy has completed the refurbishment for MERLIN Properties of building 1 of the ÁTICA Business Complex at Avenida de Europa no. 26 in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid). The building has a floor area of 7,080 m2 and houses LEED-certified offices of the highest quality.
Installations and Refurbishment Departments
This project was executed thanks to the coordination between the Facilities and Refurbishment departments. It included general refurbishment and communal area work, as well as the mechanical installations (air conditioning, plumbing and fire extinguishing), and electrical, special and control installations, with the aim of LEED certification.
The installations have been designed by FSL Ingenieros, based on the criteria of maximum flexibility so that future tenants can adapt the spaces to meet their needs.
Challenge for Eiffage Energía
A new project that posed a challenge to Eiffage Energía, as it had to ensure excellent quality, coordinate different departments and meet the deadline committed to with MERLIN Properties.
Furthermore, this also allowed us to collaborate with their project to create a business ecosystem with shared spaces, services, technology and culture. It is a project designed to offer advantages, improve the experience and, in short, contribute to the development of the people who work at these facilities.
